The Perfect Balance
I couldn't be more delighted with the Dream Max. One of the biggest challenges I'd been facing before choosing the Dream Max was finding a mattress that would be soft enough to allow the right amount of sink as a side sleeper without being too soft. I also wanted the right amount of support when I'm on my back. The Dream Max seems to achieve the perfect balance for me. I think it's also worth pointing out that the pre-sales support from Casper was wonderful.

The sweetest dreams.
I didn't realize that I wasn't hitting REM cycles until I started sleeping on my Casper Dream Max. I sleep so soundly and have dreams again. I love my Dream Max!

It's a DREAM mattress for sure!
I had spinal surgery a few years ago and was recommended by my doctor to get a bed that was support my spine I looked around for a long time and educated myself on all the different types of beds and support I was introduced to Casper by a friend who had one for about a year and loved it so I walked into my local Casper Store at Washington Square mall in Portland Oregon and Bianca the sales lady was amazing and walked me through all the different beds and I walked out bed pillow and a cover for my new Casper mattress! I've been sleeping a lot for the last two nights and I wish I would've made this decision along time ago ! So if you're thinking about buying stop thinking and just do it!

Which is the softest mattress in the new collection?
The Snow Max and Dream Max are both considered Medium-Plush hybrid mattresses. The Snow Max combines layers of memory foam and will contour to the shape of your body, while the Dream Max is a combination of the more responsive Flex Foam and Memory Foam that is more luxurious and responsive than Snow Max.
I have The Nova, and wanted another. Which mattress should I buy now?
If you loved the Nova Hybrid, you'll love the upgraded Dream Max. The orthopedic hybrid mattress is considered to be Medium-Plush in feel and combines Zoned Support with Align+ Flex foam for the ultimate ergonomic support. Engineered to relieve pressure and cradle you all night, this is our most supportive plush hybrid mattress.
I need a split king base. Do you offer that?
We do! For those who aren't familiar, a split king basically means the frame comes in two parts. With an adjustable base, the two parts are able to work separately or sync together - so you can use the base with two twin XL mattresses or a single king mattress.
Our Cal king adjustable base is also split, but can only be used with our Cal king sized mattress.
What kinds of bed frames are compatible with Casper mattresses?
Casper mattresses are designed to work on a firm, solid surface like our foundation, platform, or adjustable bed frame. Having the correct support ensures the performance and longevity of memory foam mattresses.
For slatted frames, we recommend using bed slats that are flat (not bowed), wooden, and no more than 4 inches apart.

What is a mattress in a box? How long does it take for a Casper mattress to expand?
A mattress in a box is a mattress that's compressed in an air-sealed bag and rolled tight so that it can fit into a box that's easier to maneuver than a traditional mattress. Allowing you the flexibility and convenience of picking your mattress online and having it easily delivered to your door.
When you receive the mattress, all you'll need to do is pull it out of its packaging, lay it flat on your bed frame or floor, and let it expand.
Foam and hybrid mattresses can be slept on almost right away but may take up to 48 hours to expand fully. Our Snow mattresses are primarily made with memory foam and can take up to 72 hours to expand fully.
