This pillow absolutely changed my life, just not in a good way. After trying it briefly in the store, I decided to purchase it online. I used it for two nights and ended up with a stiff neck that lasted over three weeks. I then had to spend additional money on chiropractic care and acupuncture to undo the damage.
Instead of providing support, it forced my neck into an unnatural position that caused real pain and lingering issues. This was not normal "adjustment" discomfort, it was injury-level discomfort that required treatment. For a product marketed as supportive and therapeutic, this was incredibly disappointing and costly.
I would strongly caution anyone with neck sensitivity or prior issues. What felt fine for a few minutes in-store became a real problem at home.

It's a cooling pillow and comfortable. I sleep great ok and have not had any headaches (when waking up) since we bought it and I started sleeping on it about 2 months. It's a little thin so pillow cases don't fit it well (even Tempur Pedic brands).

I have used Tempur-pedic pillows for 30 years. I was sad when they got rid of the standard pillows, but I finally found this pillow. The temporary is pro pillow and it's as close as I can get. It gives me comfortable sleep and deep sleep. It's taking me quite a while to find it again thank you Tempur-pedic.

I am not happy with this product. Also me and my husband tried the pillow in store and is not even close what I got.

Its definitely not cool and not even cool to the touch i would say its not mid on softness either more like the tempur dual cool pillow mid-hard it heats up bad the reviews people are putting about this pillow are misleading i do not recommend way overpriced this is clearly not a case of you get what you pay for im definitely gonna stick to my original tempur cloud pillow I bought 5 years ago sadly and forgot to mention yes most definitely the tempur pedic dual cooling pillow is way cooler then the breeze pillows i can't deal with both cause they're to stiff at least for me and the part that sucks is that you can't return it for a refund

The store pillows that are on the beds are not the same as the take home product. I just purchased 2 queen size pro low tempur breeze pillows and the quality of tempurpedic has significantly decreased since I bought a pillow several years ago. It is basically flat now after 1 night. Very disappointing. All pillows are non refundable, even if you reach out in 24hrs after realizing the pillows are flawed.

Sales person knew I was looking for cooling pillow to night sweats. He said this pillow was what I needed. I told him it was very pricey, but if it was going to help I would make a sacrifice. This pillow Did Not even cool me for 2 minutes. When I contacted the company I found out none of the pillow gives continental cooling. Very disappointed with the salesman as well as the company for not checking to see if there was a defect just we got your money now go away.

I purchased the VERY expensive ProLo Pillow. Was very excited when I received it, however, I tested it , and within seconds, it went flat as a pancake. They cannot be exchanged, even if the packaging is still on it. So, I'm out quite a bit of money.
Take it from me, don't throw your hard earned money away on this pillow.

As a hot sleeper, I was looking forward to getting this pillow for the summer. However, while it definitely offers the cooling effect I was looking for, the pillow goes almost as flat as a pancake after a few seconds of laying your head down and becomes somewhat hard making it uncomfortable to sleep with. I feel as though there could be some more structure to the pillow while maintaining the low profile aspect.

I purchased the Breeze ProLo after trying it at a local retailer. In the store, it felt supportive and well-crafted - cool to the touch and firm in a way that suggested long-term loft and comfort. However, once I started sleeping on it at home, the experience was quite different.
Initially, it worked reasonably well for back sleeping, but as I shifted to my side in the early morning (even as a primarily back sleeper, no one stays in one position for eight straight hours), the pillow's loft felt too low to properly support my neck and shoulder. Even when staying on my back, my head gradually sinks too low. I often find myself shifting around to find a spot that hasn't already compressed, or flipping the pillow to get temporary relief. Over time, the TEMPUR material compresses more than expected and the pillow becomes noticeably flatter, reducing both support and comfort.
To make matters worse, Tempur-Pedic offers no returns, exchanges, or even credit - not even for first-time customers. I wasn't asking for a refund, just a one-time courtesy replacement for a different loft, but support was unwilling to help. For a $225+ pillow, that kind of policy feels surprisingly rigid.
If you're absolutely sure about the loft and firmness you need, the quality is there. But if you're a first-time buyer - or even slightly unsure - I'd recommend choosing a brand that offers a trial period or at least some level of flexibility.
It's also worth noting that many of the positive reviews for this product appear to come from people who received it for free or as part of a promotion. As a paying customer, my experience did not reflect the same level of satisfaction - and without any return or exchange flexibility, I was left stuck with an expensive product that ultimately didn't work for me.
Unfortunately, this experience has disincentivized me from taking another chance on Tempur-Pedic in the future.

I have bought several TEMPUR pillows. I have had the Dual Cooling for years but wanted to try this more firm and high pillow. It's terrible and sinks to the ground. On top of that, they don't even accept returns. Every other company that sells Pillows accepts returns. I was looking at purchasing a mattress soon but after the horrible costumer experience I have witnessed, I will be trying a different brand.
It's wild they do not accept returns. Use a brand that accepts returns.

Given the price, I had high hopes for this pillow. Even after asking a customer service rep prior to purchase about my concerns/needs from a pillow, it didn't help. The pillow does not maintain neck support as it goes flat after a couple minutes of use. As well, it hurts my ears.
