When I ordered I thought it was a full sized pillow. Was very disappointed when it arrived in a little box and was a little pillow. I cannot find this style pillow in a full-size on the website. Too bad.

Awfully hard pillow - no return policy a if you complain you'll simply be told the pillow can take 6 months to 1 Year to break in. I'm buying a pillow to use now, not in a Year are you serious?

I bought the TEMPUR-Ergo Cooling Neck Pillow, expecting it to be as good as another ergonomic neck pillow I had previously used. Unfortunately, I found the TEMPUR-Ergo to be stiff and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there's no trial period, so I couldn't return or exchange it for something more suitable. I'm disappointed and won't be purchasing any more pillows from this brand. It's frustrating that they don't offer a way to test the product before committing to it.

I workout and have wide upper body/shoulders.this pillow fills in the gap between my head and shoulders perfectly.i wake up with no neck/badk/lower body pains…..by the way I'm a side sleeper

My wife bought two of these thinking they would be ok. WRONG!!!!
I will never sleep on this rock of a pillow. We have the same type pillow only it isn't like a rock. I thought this pillow would soften after I laid on it a bit WRONG AGAIN

Had an older version of this same pillow and I loved it, but was time to replace. This one is half the size in height/depth, width, length. And the cooling effect is not what it used to be. Unfortunately I purchased two so I could take advantage of the package deal, and now have two pillows that are absolutely useless. Complete waste of money. Please go back to the old design.

I had a neck pillow for several years and it was time to replace it. We had fairly recently gotten the Tempur bed so it was time for a new pillow! I got this Tempur pillow and am so glad I did! I'm usually a hot sleeper and this helps keep me cooler so I can get a better nights sleep.

I had high hopes that this pillow would help relieve some of my neck and shoulder pain, but it was very uncomfortable to sleep on and just too small. Very disappointing, and frustrating that it cannot be returned.

I purchased 2 of these pillows. They are way too small and cause neck pain for both my partner and I.
I contacted customer service and they said no refunds or exchanges.
This might be a great pillow for tiny people or children.
I'm 5-9 and this pillow just causes pain.
Due to the return policy I wont be shopping here anymore.

An amazing pillow that adjust perfect to your head and is always in amazing temperature. An amazing Pillow if your a gamer and like to play from your bed as neck doesn't become stiff or hurt after a hour or more of playing.

Used a similar pillow on holiday and decided to invest. As a side/stomach sleeper the shape I experienced was quite helpful is sleeping. This product has uneven heights so I sought to exchange for another product as it was still sealed and on original packaging. Despite guarantees on mattresses, unopened and unsealed pillows aren't returnable. It's buried in the fine print and customer service was dismissive of my concerns. Stuck with expensive pillows and will never buy from this brand again.

I have slept with Tempurpedic neck pillows for 20 years. My husband uses a CPAP and has recently also changed to one of these pillows. I tried to get him to change for years (he's very stubborn) and now that he finally made the switch, he loves them as much as I do.

The pillow is built for a bigger person than I am, yet still works; I am small boned. It would be nice to have the option for a smaller product. Happily, it relieves my tight neck and knotted shoulders.

This product is absolutely amazing and nothing can beat it. I used wake up with neck pain and also I am a hot sleeper. the pillow keep my neck and my face cool. I found out that sleeping with cooling pillow will prevent wrinkles on your face. Wish I knew that, long time ago. After I bough one, my wife liked it and she bought one too. We love it and love it

I have been trying to replace a long-time loved pillow but had several failures with side sleeping neck pillows. The Tempur-Ergo Cooling Neck pillow is amazing. I have been sleeping well and waking up refreshed and without neck pain. Thank you! I may need to order a second one for good measure!

It is very firm, which I'm not necessarily mad at, but paired with the low the neck support it resulted in constant neck pain. I really wanted to like this pillow, so I tried to blame other things for the pain, but after one night of not using this pillow the pain went away. I'm gutted that I can't return this because it's expensive and I barely used it.

This is my second neck pillow I have purchased. The first one was getting old so I bought another. This pillow has helped tremendously with my neck pain. If I travel and don't take the pillow, I'm always so thankful to return home so I can use the pillow again, and my neck always feels much better when I return.
