I have purchased Tempurpedic mattresses for over 30 years. I actually just got rid of mine that was close to 30 years and replaced it with the newer version. So glad I did its super comfy great night sleep no back pain.

We purchased the split king (2-separate) medium hybrid mattresses and split king smart bases. The mattresses have good support, not too firm and not too soft - however still experimenting to find the best setting adjustments. The anti-snore base setting does work and automatically raises the head area of the mattress when it detects snoring. However, when I wake up, I find that I have slid down on the mattress during the night so my head is in a lower position - not sure the feature really helps reduce snoring. Additionally my husband finds the new mattress just as "warm" as our previous mattress (10+ years-old) - so not sure the "cooling" feature is really effective. Overall the mattresses are comfortable and well made. Not yet sure if the cost/benefit is worth it. Love that we have 90 days to determine if we will keep or exchange.

Sleeping Like a baby. It takes a few days to a couple of weeks to get the mattress to fit around your body. After that, you are good to go. My bad back has already started feeling better. Best mattress I have bought hands down. As of now, there is nothing I don't like about this mattress.

Loving my new mattress. My husband and I purchased a previous ProAdapt Lux Mattress 13" and are loving it! No disturbance when one of us gets out of the bed. Felt a little harder than we were used to but after a couple weeks we have adapted to its formation. Completely happy with our purchase! We also purchased the pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets and they are buttery soft and we love them too!

I recently in the 6 months as a long time Tempurpedic customer, bought the king Lux Adapt Hybrid. I and my partner noticed it was not a medium feel a after afew months of sleeping on it. It was sinking in way to much we are waking up thru the night with sore backs . I ferl something is off with this mattress, I had a Hybrid before and it never sank in this much until several years later . Unfortunately warranty will not approve my claim, so we are stuck sleeping on this mattress.
I will not buy another Tempurpedic again, as I paid over 4k and have to sleep uncomfortable.

The product was of high-quality but we were quite disappointed with customer service at Tempur-Pedic Birmingham. Numerous mistakes occurred with customer information and delivery date (23 days after purchase) made this customer question that what was "Promised" was not "Delivered" in timely manner. Hopefully, Tempur Sealy International was provided this information and corrections will be made.

We are pleasantly surprised with how comfortable this mattress is. Aches and pains from our old Tempurpedic mattress have disappeared. Love the cooling cover and quality of the new LuxeAdapt. A great investment for a quality nights rest.

This is the worst company to buy a matress from warranty is a joke no returns what so ever the store the matress is sold from is awful, I am never purchasing this Matress or from that store matress is not comfortable it is all false advertising, I regret purchasing this expensive matress. We purchased this because we were having severe pain in both our back and hips when sleeping. We were told this was the best mattress on the market to ease these pressure point pains and, after three weeks, it is certainly working. The first evening we felt immediate relief. I'm not going to say it's a cure all but it relieves 90 - 95% of the pain, which is huge!

I love this bed. Its perfect for me. I sink into it, its supportive and I sleep like a rock. I have scoliosis so I need supportive but nothing firm as it worsens my pain. At first I didn't like the mattress but thats my fault. I had a mattress protector on it because I have a 9 month old who co-sleeps sometimes. A mattress protector is a given. She's my 5th kid. I know better then to not protect my mattress. Anyways, the protector I had on it at first was making the bed super firm. So firm that it felt like sleeping on the floor. I was very unsatisfied but I couldn't remove the protector until I could get a Tempurpedic one. However, my pain was just too much. I haven't had back pain like that in years. I was getting zero sleep. With a baby that wakes up twice a night to nurse, a deployed spouse and being in the Army myself, I need whatever sleep I can get to be restful and that was not happening. So desperation won and I removed the incompatible mattress protector. It was night and day. The mattress was so soft I sank into it and ultra comfortable while still being supportive. I sleep so well but then came the disaster. My infant got the flu and threw up all over my mattress. I was quick but it still got on the cover and down to the mattress. Luckily it wasn't much and dried very quickly since we live in a very dry environment. Plus, its winter and the heaters are running. Anyways, I learned my lesson and went and bought the tempurpedic adapt mattress protector. It works well but does firm up the mattress a bit but at least my mattress is protected and my back doesnt hurt.

We purchased 2 Tempur-LuxeAdapt Medium Hybrid Mattresses (Queen and California King) on the same day. We love the cooling effect of the mattress as you first lie down and how well the bed conforms to your body for a good night's sleep no matter what position you lie in to sleep. We have had the best night's sleep ever on these mattresses. The mattress is very heavy and very good quality. Excellent product!

We are very happy with our new Tempur-LuxeAdapt in soft. We have been sleeping better and waking less throughout the night. My back pain has improved due to the support I receive while sleeping on my side. We are also happy with the entire ordering and delivery process. The mattress arrived quickly and the delivery team was able to navigate a tight turn with ease.

Moved in 2022 and bought an expensive bed that we have neither liked. Finally decided to go back to a temur-pedic and have slept and is so much more comfortable. Just sorry we waited 3 1/2 years to replace!
Only suggestion is that when the bed is delivered, take a picture of the serial number to be able to register your mattress. We didn't and couldn't lift the thing to get the info.

This is our 2nd Tempur-pedic mattress. It provides the perfect combination of support and comfort to enable us to fall asleep and stay asleep all night and wake up refreshed. It provides perfect support and I find that I'm not tossing and turning in order to be comfortable. I also am experiencing less back pain since we've gotten this new mattress. I love the adjustable base so you can adapt it to your needs. We love our new mattress!

Our sleep continues to improve. Was a little nervous the first night. It was very cold, and the mattress, which had just been delivered from riding around in a truck was cold and firm. But once it acclimated to normal temperatures in the house, it was fine. Comfortable, yet very supportive. Such an improvement from the 15 year old mattress. We had a very good delivery experience. The gentlemen were careful and polite.

Still getting used to it. I've slept in a ZeCliner for the last couple of years for medical reasons, so it's good to get back into a normal bed. I'm getting used to it and sleeping better. I'm hoping it will be a good experience for the future.

The bed is hot no matter what sheets, mattress protected or cover you put on it. It is so uncomfortable, we wake up everyday with aching bodies. The base of the bed makes the bed sink in the middle causing us pain even when it's flat. This company wouldn't work with us despite explaining that my 100% disabled husband suffers from aliments and this bed has magnified his condition. The size seems smaller than the king we had before. It feels like a queen size bed and so now after spending nearly $5000 weeks both end up sleeping in a recliner to achieve some kind of sleep. The 90 day trial is garbage as we didn't get to experience the bed until we returned from deployment at which time the silly 90 days had expired. We are so disappointed and now we are stuck with it until we can save up again to buy something else. These beds are overrated and not worth the price. Do NOT BUY!!!!

We've been on the hunt for a mattress and struggled with justifying the higher cost for a tempur pedic even though it's what felt the best in the store for my husband's back pain. After purchasing another mattress that just didn't fit the bill we exchanged and upgraded to our tempur. We laid in the store model for hours to be sure it was going to feel ok and made the decision to go with this new bed. Sadly it is not at all the feel we experienced in the store. We were told to give it time to adapt to our bodies but he is back to sleeping on the couch and I've actually developed some pain since sleeping on the bed. We truly loved this in store and are disappointed that after being saving and being excited to finally have a bed that may give us both a good night's sleep that our experience the last few months has been less that we hoped for. Maybe it's just our model and maybe eventually it will feel like what we had tried, but for now, it's far from our expectations.

We couldn't be happier with our new King-Split TEMPUR-LuxAdapt Medium Hybrid with TEMPUR-Ergo ProSmart Adjustable Base, and the exceptional service we received at Mattress Firm in Rockford IL. Our primary goal was minimizing motion transfer since I am a light sleeper and my husband comes to bed later than I do and moves around a lot. Having two Twin XL Prime mattresses together as one king bed is the perfect solution and an option we didn't even know existed! Now we can still sleep together AND both have a good night's sleep, each with our own remote to personalize our sleep position and various other options. (We also like that they have the flexibility to be used separately as two XL twin beds.) The Mattress Firm team in Rockford-Luis, Robert, and Vee, were all wonderful to work with. Even our delivery driver, Amador, was great. And we were encouraged to call or stop by if we have questions or need further assistance. Excellent buying experience from start to finish!

After my only 7 year old medium hybrid literally fell apart and springs came thru the foat poking me in the back i very reluctantly bought the luxe adapt soft to give tempurpedic another shot, in am all foam format. So far, only like 1.5 months in) it is the most comfortable bed I've ever experienced. I LOVE it. But given the atrocious performance of its predecessor, I am very cautiously optimistic about its longevity. We shall see. I really hope it lives up to its price tag and gives me at least 10 years. If not I'll have to move on from this brand.

Was VERY SKEPTICAL but Purchased a Queen Tempur Pedic LuxeAdapt Soft. It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't experienced "ANY" lower back pain which I had for 10 years. This mattress has made a Believer out of me. Also purchased pillows and sheet set. The Tempur Pedic pillows are perfect... Been struggling trying to find the right pillow was a nightmare. Finally.. my prayer has been answered. The ONLY complaint I have.... the pillow cases are WAY TO LARGE and DON'T HAVE A PEFECT FIT.

This is our second set of Tempurpedic mattresses after many years of knock offs. You always think - it's ok to go for a less expensive alternative. Then you convince yourself that it's great you are happy, sleeping well - good investement. Now that we are back we will not make the same mistake again. The guest rooms can have the knock offs. Additionally, we in the past have chosen less than firm thinking the cushioning would be better. Nope, will never sleep on less than firm again. I love this mattress. I don't wake with any sore spots and sleep better. It has been a long time since I thought to myself, "I love this mattress" when I go to sleep at night. So worth it.

I started with the Firm. When you first lay down it seems hard but you form to it shortly after. Going to sleep was fine, but night after night I woke up with mid back pain. I switched to the medium and now I'm in the same position. I wake up in the middle of the night with back pain and un-rested. I'm not sure what to do now….. going to talk to the chiropractor but I feel l stuck now. My back never hurt with my old bed. I'm open to suggestions. I've never had an experience like this from a bed.

BUYERS BE AWARE!! When I received the mattress it stated there would be a smell for a short period of time. Smell never went away. Called to complain and they say warranty does not cover the smell even though after I got the mattress the smell would dissipate after a short period. Well 5 months is not a short period. Had to put the mattress in garage it smelled so bad. Paid over $5,000 for this terrible mattress. Your customer service or whomever I spoke to would not budge on replacing the mattress.

When I received the mattress there was a warning that there would be a smell for a short period of time and would dissipate. After 5 months the smell never went away and I was forced to sleep in my guest room. I called the company and was told they do not warranty for the smell. They would not budge on replacing the mattress. I paid over $5,000 for this mattress. A big company like this and they did not want to hear my complaint on the smell. I was forced to put the in my garage. Shame on you Tempur Pedic.

Took a couple days and felt like we made the right choice. Support where we need it, edges not firm like our old latex but just not sitting on bed edge like I used to. Very comfortable as it hugs your body. I'm loving this mattress at 3 weeks in.
